The total cost of an NZeTA through our service is USD $15, which includes the government fee of 17 NZD (approximately USD $9.60, subject to exchange rate fluctuations) and our service fee of USD $5.40.
Who Qualifies for a New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA)?
The New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA) is available for certain travelers. Passport holders from Visa Waiver Countries or Permanent Residents of Australia qualify if visiting New Zealand for less than three months, or up to six months for British Citizens.
Cruise passengers qualify if they are arriving, departing, joining, or leaving a cruise in New Zealand. Note: Travelers not from a Visa Waiver Country will need an Entry Visa.
Transit passengers qualify if passing through Auckland International Airport and are from a Visa Waiver or Transit Visa Waiver Country, or if their transit is to or from Australia.
How long does it take to get an NZeTA approved?
Most NZeTA requests are processed within 72 hours. While many requests are approved more quickly, some may take longer. To avoid potential delays, we recommend submitting your NZeTA application well in advance of your planned travel date.
